There’s a fine line between justice and murdеr — and General Hospital just watched two of its most determined women walk right up to it.
In Thursday’s episode, Josslyn Jacks did what Josslyn Jacks always does: she cut through the noise, skipped every reasonable step, and went straight for the nuclear option. Her suggestion to Britt Westbourne? Use her hospital access to walk into the ICU and end Ross Cullum while he’s still unconscious.
And Britt didn’t say no.

How They Got Here
Josslyn demanded Britt let her into her office and pushed for the truth about what really happened on Pier 55. Britt came clean: she was unconscious during Jason’s showdown with Cullum and didn’t see who fired the ѕhоt — but she told the cops Jason did it anyway, because Jason told her to.

Josslyn connected the rest: Cullum stаbbеd Marco. Cullum is the reason Jason was extradited. Cullum is the reason Britt almost ԁіеd on that pier. And now Cullum is lying in the ICU, unconscious and unguarded — inside a hospital where Britt has full access as a physician.
Britt’s response was blunt: “We’re as good as ԁеаd if he wakes up.”
Josslyn’s answer was even more blunt: “Then don’t let him wake up.”
The Irony Nobody Can Ignore

This is the same Josslyn who has spent years despising Sonny Corinthos for exactly this kind of thing — eliminating threats with violence, operating above the law, deciding who lives and who ԁіеs. And now she’s standing in Britt’s office proposing cold-blooded murdеr in a hospital bed.
Is she wrong? Cullum is a double agent who stаbbеd Marco, orchestrated Jason’s arrest, and was seconds away from kіllіng Britt on that pier. If he wakes up, there’s every reason to believe he’ll come for them again.
But does that make what Josslyn is proposing any different from what Sonny has done for decades?
The Doctor With the Keys to the ICU

What makes Josslyn’s proposal terrifyingly plausible is Britt’s position. She isn’t some grieving civilian fantasizing about revenge. She’s a licensed physician with full access to the ICU at General Hospital — the same hospital where Cullum is lying unconscious and unguarded.
According to spoilers, Britt will seriously consider Josslyn’s plan. She’ll weigh the risk — not just of getting caught, but of becoming the kind of person she’s spent years trying not to be.
There’s also the question of interruption. Lucas saved Cullum’s life in the OR. If he finds out Britt tried to undo his work? That’s a different kind of betrayal.
If Cullum Wakes Up, Everything Changes

And then there’s the wildcard: what if Cullum wakes up before Britt gets the chance?
This isn’t just a storyline beat. This is Josslyn crossing a line she can never uncross — and potentially dragging Britt across it with her. If Britt goes through with this, she doesn’t just become a kіllеr. She becomes exactly what Lulu has always accused her of being.
If she refuses, Cullum wakes up — and everyone she loves is in danger.
There is no clean answer here. And that’s what makes Friday’s episode unmissable.
