General Hospital spoilers for March 24 reveal one of the most gut-wrenching setups in recent memory — and the cruelest irony Port Charles has ever produced.
After Rocco shot Cullum on the pier, the WSB director is rushed to GH’s emergency room. Elizabeth and Isaiah bring him in. Isaiah, dressed in surgical gear, shouts: “Get him straight to Trauma One, stat!”
And the doctor who steps up to fight for Cullum’s life? Lucas Jones.
The same Lucas whose boyfriend Marco is bleeding out on the floor of Alexis’s office — put there by the very man on Lucas’s operating table.
Lucas Doesn’t Know What We Know

As Lucas works frantically to stabilize Cullum, shouting “He is NOT dying on our watch!”, he has no idea that:
- Cullum stabbed Marco in the chest and left him in the dark
- Cullum read Lucas’s own text on Marco’s phone to track Britt to the pier
- Cullum destroyed the Huntington’s medication that Marco risked everything to steal
- Marco chose Lucas. Marco chose sides. And Cullum made him pay for it.
The man Lucas is saving is the man who destroyed his entire world — and Lucas is fighting harder than anyone to keep him alive.
Nathan Arrives at the Pier — And Makes a Decision
Meanwhile, at Pier 55, Nathan West stumbles upon the aftermath. He finds Jason, Britt (unconscious), and Rocco — who just shot a man for the first time in his life.
Spoilers say Nathan and Jason will work together to protect Rocco from the consequences. Both Jason and Britt will encourage Rocco not to call Dante — his own father, the police commissioner. The logic is clear: if Dante finds out, he’ll have to arrest his own son.
But there’s a deeper layer. Nathan takes Lulu aside later and swears her to secrecy: “You do exactly as I ask, no one will ever have to know.” What is Nathan hiding? Is this about Rocco’s shooting — or something else entirely, connected to the secrets Nathan has been carrying about Cullum and Britt?

Dante Delivers an Ultimatum
Spoilers also confirm that Dante will deliver an ultimatum — likely to Jason. A BOLO has been issued for Jason’s arrest after he assaulted Dante at the gymnasium. Dante is playing this by the book, which means Jason’s window to escape is closing fast.
But here’s the question: if Dante discovers that Rocco pulled the trigger, does the book even matter anymore?
The Week Is Just Beginning
By mid-week, every character in this orbit is going to be carrying a secret:
- Rocco — shot a man and is being told to stay quiet
- Nathan — swore Lulu to secrecy
- Lucas — will discover Marco’s fate and realize who did it
- Jason — running from a WSB warrant with a wounded Britt
- Alexis — about to open her office door and find Marco
Josslyn may be the one who eventually connects all the dots — but right now, the truth is scattered across a pier, a trauma room, and a dark office. And the clock is ticking.
