Every General Hospital character should know better than to get behind the wheel. It doesn’t matter how good a driver they may be, the roads surrounding Port Charles are perpetually treacherous. And the latest episode served up a horrifying reminder of that fact when Curtis and Jordan were involved in what sounded like a terrible wreck.
The events leading up to the crash were a perfect storm of bad decisions. At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn had a catch-up session with Lucy Coe over wine. Once Lucy was gone, Dante called Brook Lynn and urged her to get down to Charlie’s Pub since Gio was about to perform. Brook Lynn downed the rest of her wine before heading off to get in her car, but the show ominously focused on her glass and the wine bottle after she left.
Meanwhile, Jordan Ashford decided she’d drive herself and Curtis to their dinner reservation. In the car, Curtis put a hand on Jordan’s leg and kept exchanging glances with her. Jordan eventually leaned over and gave Curtis a kiss, looking away from the road for a critical moment. When she looked back up, she became alarmed and swerved to avoid a car in her path.
That clearly led to a crash, leaving fans with major questions: Are Curtis and Jordan OK? And who else was involved in the accident? While the twosome were the victims of the wreck, Brook Lynn was out driving after drinking too much wine. Could she be the one who forced Jordan off the road?
To make matters worse, other key characters were also on the move. Charlotte and Danny were out for a drive, and Isaiah had just left Portia at the cabin to pay Lulu and Rocco a house call. The preview shows Brook Lynn making it to Charlie’s Pub in one piece, but did she cause massive damage along the way without realizing it?
