GH Spoilers March 30: Cullum Opens His Eyes at the Worst Possible Moment — and Now He Owns Josslyn

Monday March 30 General Hospital spoilers — Carly, Cullum, Josslyn

Monday’s General Hospital doesn’t ease into anything. It detonates from the first scene and doesn’t let up — and by the time the credits roll, at least three characters will be in positions they can’t walk back from.

Here’s what’s coming on March 30.

Cullum Wasn’t Unconscious — He Was Waiting

After Friday’s cliffhanger, fans expected chaos when Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) opened his eyes and found Josslyn (Eden McCoy) standing over his bed. But Monday delivers something worse than chaos: control.

Cullum doesn’t scream. He doesn’t call for help. He doesn’t even let on that he’s fully conscious. Instead, he drifts back — eyes closing, machines steady — but he’s already logged the most dangerous piece of information in Port Charles: Josslyn was in his room, wearing gloves, with intent.

That’s not a patient waking up. That’s a predator collecting leverage. And Josslyn doesn’t know he saw her.

Josslyn Has to Think Fast

Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) walks in moments later and finds Josslyn in a restricted ICU room with no plausible reason to be there. She needs a cover story — and she needs it now.

The likeliest play: she knew Cullum as “Matthew the caretaker” from Wyndemere and came to see if he was awake. It’s thin, but it could hold — especially since Lucas is consumed by his own grief over Marco. Their conversation turns into a shared moment of loss, and Lucas pulls her out of the room before anyone else notices.

But the damage is already done. Cullum has what he needs.

Carly Explodes at Jack Brennan

Carly confronts Brennan about Jason — General Hospital

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has been on edge since Jason (Steve Burton) was taken into WSB custody — and on Monday, she finally gets the confirmation she’s been dreading. Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) delivers the news, and Carly’s response is volcanic.

The confrontation isn’t just anger — it’s desperation. Carly demands answers. Where is Jason being held? What are the charges? Why isn’t anyone fighting for him? Brennan, who sources suggest may actually be working behind the scenes to protect Jason, can’t reveal that without compromising his position. So he takes the hit. And Carly unleashes everything she’s been holding back.

Kristina Confronts Tracy — The Family Has to Step Up

While Carly rages uptown, Kristina (Kate Mansi) delivers her own confrontation — this time aimed at Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot). With Sidwell escalating his attacks and Sonny increasingly isolated, Kristina demands the family stop standing on the sidelines. The Quartermaines have resources. They have influence. And right now, Sonny needs both.

Tracy’s response will likely be measured — she’s not one to rush into mob business — but the ask itself marks a shift. Kristina isn’t just defending her father anymore. She’s recruiting allies.

Charlotte Questions Everything

General Hospital — ABC

Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) starts asking questions about Cullum’s shooting — and specifically about what really happened that night. She’s caught between Danny and Rocco, and something about the official story doesn’t sit right with her.

Charlotte isn’t Lulu — she doesn’t have investigative instincts. But she has something more dangerous: she was there, she saw things, and she’s old enough to know when adults are lying.

Lucas Makes a Vow

And finally, Lucas makes a promise that will drive his storyline for weeks: Marco’s death will not be in vain. He doesn’t know the full chain yet — Pascal’s phone call, Cullum’s precision, the information he himself inadvertently provided — but he’s determined to find the truth. And Van Hansis is about to deliver the kind of performance that reminds everyone why GH brought him back.

Monday, March 30 on ABC.
