General Hospital kicked off the week of March 23 with one of its most intense Monday episodes in weeks. Three major storylines collided: Cullum makes his move on Marco, Nathan refuses to let Brennan near Britt, and Carly’s complicated situation with Valentin reaches a boiling point.
Cullum Attacks Marco
The episode’s most shocking moment came at the end: Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) makes good on his threat and appears to stab Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) inside Alexis Davis’ law office.
Cullum discovered that Marco stole Britt’s medication — an act of betrayal he won’t overlook. The WSB director crept into the office with a knife behind his back, and by episode’s end, Marco’s fate hangs in the balance.
On the pier, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) warned Lucas (Van Hansis) about what Cullum is capable of when betrayed. Lucas, already worried about Marco, will be left to deal with the devastating aftermath.
Nathan Blocks Brennan
In the room above Bobbie’s, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) stressed the urgent need to speak with Britt immediately. But Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) isn’t having it.
Nathan doesn’t trust Brennan and did everything he could to block him from tracking Britt down. Of course, Nathan has his own reasons — he wants to find Britt himself, having just shown up at her place.
Meanwhile, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) has been watching Britt from afar on the pier and may feel the need to take action since she’s clearly in distress.
Jason’s WSB Warrant
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) found himself in an impossible situation when Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) cornered him to carry out the WSB’s arrest warrant.
“Don’t do it, man. Not in front of your kid,” Dante warned in the preview, as Jason tried to insist on going inside the gym for Danny’s basketball game. Dante pushed him to come to the station willingly — otherwise, he’d have to arrest Jason in front of Danny.
Carly Snaps at Valentin
Carly (Laura Wright) confronted Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) for not warning her about his intentions. But true to form, Valentin worked to charm her again — setting the table for a romantic dinner.
When Lucas showed up seeking Carly out, she was forced to cover and blast Valentin after the close call. Valentin insisted it was supposed to be a nice surprise. Regardless, the two ultimately shared a meal together — and the temptation continues to build.

- Laura Collins (Genie Francis) faced more of Sidwell’s demands. Sidwell had the nerve to act like Laura should be grateful.
- Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) told Tracy about her plans to be a foster parent to Baby Phoebe. Tracy worried she’s getting too attached and using the baby to deal with other issues.
- Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) showed up on Sonny’s doorstep.
