GH Comings and Goings March 23–27: Two Major Exits on the Horizon and Port Charles Teens Take Center Stage

General Hospital Comings and Goings March 23-27

General Hospital is entering one of its most transitional weeks of the year. The week of March 23–27 brings two looming exits, a surge of teen storylines, and a familiar face returning to stir up more chaos. Here’s your complete breakdown of who’s coming, who’s going, and what to expect.

Two Exits Brewing: Jason and Marco’s Final Days?

Steve Burton’s Jason Morgan — Hiatus Begins

Steve Burton has confirmed that his final scenes before a “short break” are slated for the end of March. With next week being the last full week of the month, Jason Morgan’s last appearances before the hiatus could happen within the next five days.

Burton has reassured fans he plans to return around July, but how Jason exits remains the big question. Will he be taken against his will? Will Cullum stage his disappearance? Whatever the method, Jason’s departure will leave a massive void in Port Charles — and Britt Westbourne may not be far behind him.

Adrian Anchondo’s Marco Rios — Writing on the Wall

After Friday’s March 20 episode showed Cullum creeping into Alexis’s law office with a weapon, fans have been bracing for the worst. And off-screen evidence is mounting, too.

Eva LaRue, who played Marco’s mother Natalia Ramirez before the character passed, left a revealing comment on Anchondo’s Instagram recently. Commemorating his one-year anniversary on the show, she wrote: “Love you, Mijo! You’ve proven time and again you are capable of great things — On to the next great thing!”

That “on to the next great thing” reads like a farewell. Combined with the on-screen setup, it appears Marco’s time in Port Charles may be measured in days, not weeks.

Port Charles Teen Scene Explodes

Get ready for a lot more screen time from GH’s youngest generation this week:

  • Bluesy Burke returns as Charlotte Cassadine during the Wednesday, March 25 episode. Charlotte’s hopes get crushed — likely related to her growing impatience with Valentin’s hiding situation.
  • Asher Antonyzyn brings Danny Morgan back to the canvas. With Jason about to exit and Danny already showing signs of rebellion, his scenes this week could set up a major summer storyline.
  • Finn Carr gives Rocco Falconeri more airtime. Rocco has been quietly observant lately — spying on Britt during Friday’s episode — and his involvement with the Cullum/Nathan situation could deepen.

The teen scene is clearly a priority for GH heading into spring. Charlotte, Danny, and Rocco are all connected to the show’s biggest storylines, and giving them more screen time signals that the writers are investing in the next generation of Port Charles drama.

Who’s Coming Back: Brad Cooper Returns

Parry Shen pops back onto the canvas as Brad Cooper this week. Brad will continue worrying over both Britt and Lucas — two people he cares deeply about who are caught in increasingly dangerous situations.

Brad’s return could serve as emotional support for Lucas in the wake of Marco’s potential exit, or it could introduce new complications if Brad’s protective instincts lead him to interfere with plans already in motion.

The Week Ahead

Between Jason’s farewell scenes, Marco’s likely final moments, a booming teen presence, and Brad’s return, the week of March 23–27 is shaping up to be one of GH’s most packed five-day stretches in months.
